I’m here to help you make your life and relationships into the best they can be, according to what’s important to you.

What I do.
I’ll help you develop and manage healthier, more satisfying relationships with your family, friends, and people you work with.
I’ll assist you in figuring out who you want to be in your life and career, and how you can best find meaning in your life.
I have special experience helping people explore their relationship with alcohol, drugs, and other addictive behaviors, and I’ll help you make the changes you want and need.
I have special experience working with immigrants and refugees, people who consider themselves spiritual but not religious, and people who identify as 2SLGBTQ+.
I use existential, cognitive, and mindfulness-based approaches, as well as solution-focused work to help you feel better soon (see FAQ).
How it works.
I offer individual counseling (family members and important others can join sessions as needed), couples’ counseling, and family counseling for adults. I also offer mental health and substance abuse assessments.
All counseling sessions are conducted virtually through HIPAA-compliant video.
I am credentialed with all major health insurance companies (see FAQ for complete list). Self-pay and sliding-scale options are available (via the Open Path Collective).
Supervision services.
I offer clinical supervision for aspiring therapists (provisionally-licensed LPCs and graduate students) in Illinois.
All supervision sessions are conducted virtually through HIPAA-compliant video.
